Reports on cooperation between IRW, IRUSA and Islamic Jihad’s Al-Khairiya

Founded in 2004, the Charitable Association For Palestinian Relief – CAPR (الهيئة الخيرية لإغاثة الشعب الفلسطيني) is a charitable organization affiliated with the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, a designated terrorist entity by the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Japan, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Israel. In May 2014, a delegation of the Charitable Association For Palestinian Relief (CAPR) attended the international conference for the liberation of al-Aqsa Mosque that took place in Malaysia. The delegation included: Khalid Abu Samarah, CAPR President, Omar Shalah, Head of CAPR Gaza Office and Hisham Musa, CAPR representative in Malaysia. In his speech at the conference, Khalid Abu Samarah emphasized that all Muslims have an obligation to carry out the jihad to liberate al-Aqsa Mosque. (link, archive)

Sheik Khadr Habib, a leader in the [Palestinian] Islamic Jihad said: “Al-Khairiya [CAPR] that “belongs” to the Islamic Jihad will continue to carry out charitable projects to alleviate the suffering of our people in Palestine and especially in the Gaza Strip.”

Yesterday, November 13 [2015] at IRW’s office in Sidon a delegation of Al-Khairiya met with [officials of] IRW. The delegation included Mr. Khalid Abu Samra, Chairman of Al-Khairiya, Mr. Mahmoud Rifai, Director of Al-Khairiya’s office in Lebanon, and Mr. Maher Abboud and Mr. Radwan Issa from the Department of Public Relations.
